My 4 reasons for why Minecraft is a really fun game

Build Anything!

When your bored and you have nothing to do, play Minecraft. You can build anything from a tree base, to a modern home. With the variety of blocks given, anything is possible. With Minecraft builders on YouTube you can learn how to build anything! There are also tutorials on code, so if you wanna make a map for others to play, you can learn easily. And if you get bored of building, there are other things in store.

Survival Mode?

If you feel you have no challenges in creative mode, then try survival mode! This will give you a challenge of surviving nights, dark caves, to beating the final boss, The Ender Dragon. Even after you do that, then you can take on The Wither. The Wither is a terrifying mob with three coal skulls. You will need to get wither skulls and 5 soul sand to make this boss from the nether. What’s the nether you may ask? It is a hot and horrible place, where evil mobs live, wanting to kill you. If you manage to defeat this boss, you will receive a prize, the nether star, used to crafted a beacon. When crafted and place on a pyramid Of diamond, emerald, iron, or gold, the beacon will give you a boost of your choice! From extra strength, to speed, this item is really useful to survive any challenge that comes your way. When you obtain full diamond, there is another stronger material called netherite in the nether. Using explosives, you can find ancient. When you get the ore, smelt it to get netherite scraps. When paired with gold ingots, it becomes the hardest armor in the world. You can even pair netherite with your diamond sword, pickaxe, or axe. When you have netherite armor, you can take on the hardest mob in game, The Warden. The Warden uses vibrations to track players. Carry snowballs to throw far away. When you throw the snowball, The Warden will follow the vibration. You still must be careful however. One hit may kill you instantly. If or when you defeat this beast, he will drop nothing, but the satisfaction of killing the hardest mob will be its own reward.

Exploration

Minecraft offers an endless world exploration, meaning it goes on for ever! There are hidden structures though. Underground can be found a versatile selection of structures. From small dungeons, to large mineshaft mazes. But beware, deep underground lies the quiet and dark ancient cities. These structures are home to the most dangerous mob, The Warden! To get around without getting caught by this beast, sneak and walk around, for walking or jumping will alert him. You may find chests, containing loads of great loot and food. Moving from caves, we find the waters of the ocean. There you can find huge temples known as Ocean Monuments. These are home to Guardians, fish like creatures that intend to protect the monument to their last breath. Even if you get past these nuisances, there is one final mob to beat. The Elder Guardian is bigger than the other guardians. They deal more damage, have much more health, and intent to stop you in your tracks. But be careful about this monument, for the Elder Guardian will give you an effect known as mining fatigue, making you mine slowly and more likely to drown. Bring milk buckets and water breathing potions to counter this effect. After you beat the fish guardians, you will be awarded with 9 gold blocks in the middle of the temple. If you don’t like exploration there is a funny side about this game.

Hidden Easter Eggs

Yes my favorite part of the game, the Easter Eggs! When in creative, you can name mobs with name tags to get silly effects. As a tribute to one of the developers, Jeb, naming a sheep jeb_will make the sheep turn the sheep’s wool to rainbow colors! Mojang stated “The Warden’s official name was William.” If you play Java, then when you name The Warden William, the mob glows. Another Easter Egg is when you name a rabbit Toast, they will turn into a large hidden version of a bunny. The last Easter Egg pertains to The Shining by Steven King. When naming an a Vindicator “Johnny”, they will not attack the player, but animals.

The Wrap Up

Minecraft is an amazing game coming from me, but when your bored, try playing Minecraft to cure that boredom and you will see, it was a hilarious game to play.
